The full monthly total

What does peptide care really cost?

A headline price is rarely the whole price. Build the total from the visit, follow-up, tests, medicine and delivery.

Why prices clash

How can the same medicine have many prices?

These medicines do not have one standard price: the list, manufacturer cash, discount-card, insured-copay and government-programme amounts can all differ.

As of September 2026, manufacturer cash programmes for certain weight and diabetes medicines generally charged about $149 to $499 per month, with the exact amount set by product and dose; some late refills cost more.

Those are old example prices, not your quote. Ask for the price tied to the exact product, form and month of care.

Build the total

What belongs in the monthly number?

Care

Initial visit, recurring membership, follow-up visits and any cancellation rule.

Checks

Lab work, record review and any in-person exam that is billed separately.

Product

Medicine, shipping, supplies and the price after a first-month offer ends.

Online care

Is the medicine included in the membership?

Of six national online weight-care services checked on September 26, 2026, five charged a monthly membership, and all five billed medicine separately. This small check was not a full market survey.

Ask for the ordinary month, not the first month. Ask what happens when the medicine changes, a refill is late or care stops.

Brief source note

Prices and terms change. Compare a normal month, not a first-month offer, and confirm whether medicine is included.

Use one sentence

“What is my full cash total for a normal month, including care, labs, medicine, shipping and supplies?”
